Welcome to Nyctof! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Nyctof, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Nyctof provides a platform for socialites to discover, plan, and share their nightlife experiences. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities:
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. • Posting, uploading, or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or servers, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems.
5. Content Ownership and Use
You retain ownership of the content you post or share on Nyctof. By posting or sharing content, you grant Nyctof a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyctof and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the Services. • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or data. • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
